Help with film making in London needed!

Hey all,

I'm abit stuck on a film I'm working on, as I need to find a Panasonic DVX-100 to hire to complete a shoot. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one of these - or own one to colloaborate with us?

Also, we're looking for a PA/runner with a full driving licesnse and a car to help get us to and from a location.

Expenses are all included, as is food, credits, copy of the film (you know the usuals

I've been looking on Talent Circle and Shooting People but have had to luck as of yet.

It would be great to collaborate with someone from the forum, as we would share a common interest - (you know, that lovely film making fella)

Hey. Try clickav.co.uk - I've used them before and they were really helpful and they courier stuff out fast. I would also make some enquiries on discounts. You can normally blag a 10% cut if you ask nicely and aren't too pushy. Tell them you'll go with them (or whoever you use) straight away if they chop a little off the price. Normally works.

I hired a Z1 for the friday, rang them thursday afternoon saying wheres the camera, they said "it'll be with you 5:30 friday" (I was filming a friday night so it turned out it didnt matter) then friday rolled around NO CAMERA dont use em!
