Feel free to ask anything about the competition in this thread. With regards to the rules, all you need to know is that I call the shots... but I am also fair! ;D The question is: Which is the first of Shane's films to feature Bob Hoskins? Closing date is Sunday 9th September. You must have joined the forum before the 4th of September 2007. STOP PRESS: I can only legally send the box sets to people in the UK. Sorry I didn't think of that earlier. I will change the front page by tomorrow.Email your entry to: meadowspost@gmail.comMake the subject of your email: THIS IS SHANE MEADOWS COMP Include the following info in your email: * Your name * Your address * Your forum name * Your answer Good luck!

But why the other account David? is it tax evasion? Thought it would be easier to have a new email address for this so that the entries don't get lost in amongst all the other muck I receive. A week should just be enough time before this email address gets spammed up! It's also good to have this address for any future competitions and what-not. Took me a while to think of the MeadowsPost.... what would have been better?

Just had a thought....
I guess it isn't entirely necessary to include your address in your entry email. If you win, then I can ask you for your address then. Up to you!
It's all safe with me though! Only I can log into the email account for this competition, and I will delete all the entries once the competition is over.
How much is the postage going to be?! Oh man! haha. 2nd class me thinks! ;D

will not including my address affect my chances of winning the competition.......? No, but never revealing your address will hamper the receiving of the prize!

Hi Dave, how are you going to decide the winners??? Will get the total number of correct entries and then use a random number generator to pick the winners: www.random.org/integers/On that page I would enter 3 into the first box for the number of random results I want. Then in the two value boxes I put 1 in the first box and the total number of correct entries into the second box. In the last box I put 3 again, just so it spaces out the results nicely! Try it yourself to see its fairness! The three numbers it turns up will correspond to those emails in that numerical position in my inbox of correct entries. I dun thought it through!

I tried to make it appear more difficult by saying 'first film'.
Had to raise a couple of notches higher than the 'Richard and Judy' standard.

50 entries already stat fans! Now all I need is to actually receive the DVDs from Optimum Releasing. I'm going to be out of pocket a bit more than the price of three lots of postage if they don't turn up!
