Possible short-film venue.....

Today at work someone dropped off this vague little note:

SHORT FILMS WANTED
If you have made a short film, or you know someone who has, and feel it's worthy of a full screen cinema showing with popcorn, then contact me.
It's a film night attempting to showcase short film from the bristol/ bath area. All films are welcome... story/ abstract/ art/ documentary, by anyone. The films will be projected in the evening inside a proper running cinema, it's a chance to have amateur and low-budget films shown professionally.

Anyway, I have sent him an email to get some more info.. and I have mentioned this forum and all the film-makers there-on! ;D Maybe he will be a bit flexible on the Bristol and Bath area aspect of his venture!

Well I never! It turns out it will be at the Little Theatre cinema in Bath... where I worked on and off for about 10 years!

It will be on the 25th of September, but films have to be submitted by the 11th of September. To whom, I am unsure.

Mate I spoke with him. He was keen to screen Soldier Boy but I dont think its going to be ready in time sadly
