College visit?

I'm doing a project on Shane Meadows for my film A-Level.
For this i really need primary research (from shane himself), i go to The Beauchamp College in Leicestershire. So its quite near his base nottingham and i was wondering if Shane Meadows would even consider coming into my school to do a talk to the media studies department?
It has the biggest 6th Form in the country.

If anyone could let me know that would be great...?

Or any tips on how to get in contact with him possibly, i know it seems like a long shot but its worth a try?

Was very lucky, although I didn't realise it at the time! Safely to say from then on I was a huge fan, and I decided I wanted to be a film-maker. ;D

I am doing the same piece of work. but im from newcastle. i need an interview with him.
does anyone know how i can get into contact with him/any of the actors used in the films or writers/producers?

i am also going onto uni to do journalism so this will also look good on my CV.

Just reading your posts in the Guess who's Back, Back again? thread and your best bet is to approach Warp and/or EM Media.

Also have a good look around the forum and you might find the answers you're looking for. It might be worth a punt at PMing certain forum members who are cast members and members of crews that have worked on Shane's films. Just look at the star ratings above the avatars on the left.
