the absurdity of it had me giddy in the opening credits hoping for something hilarious
it didn't deliver
good production value though shame all the film delived was - some dude is obsessed with Richard Madley, he hangs himself, the end
it would have been a rip off but you could have even had the main character calling in the show

Dull. Shame to say it, but that's all this was.

Weird.... I actually really liked it!
Hopeless and depressing. I loved the way that the soundtrack to the film is the inane babble of Richard (and Judy). Like the soundtrack to so many depressing lives where the TV is just left on 'for company'.
It was all shot really well too, and the flashes of the bath 'attempt' were properly disturbing I thought.
The Richard masks reminded me of Action Image Exchange (Vic Reeves Big Night Out), and when he slides on the mask at the beginning you are kind of wrong-footed into thinking the film could infact be amusing. Nice.
All in all I think I like it because I thought it works well as it is, and also as a piece in which the viewer can fill in the blanks of the character's life. I also enjoyed it's brevity. ;D

There's a Phillip Scofield fan club that's a million times worse than this.

I thought the film was alright. When you take into account that the guy acted, directed, edited the film all by himself then that on its own to me is an achievment. I've been here where I havent had anyone to be in my films and rather do nothing just gone out and made something 100% myself so I know what its like.
I thought the production value was pretty good and the way it was filmed worked well. I also liked the still face with the mask pulled over it at the beggining and the bath flicker shots.
Well done Ollie ;D

I'm with Dave, I loved it!
Short and simple. It wasn't dull.... it was weird and disturbing. And shocking. Shots were all great and the editing was slick. Great mise-en-scene too, made the film realistic and dark. A really nice idea that works well.
Keep it up buddy! Look forward to more!

Took me a while to watch this 'cause my speaker wasn't working.... I kind of liked it too. Not sure what this says about me tho' Brought to mind-a bit-Harold and Maude (long stare into the camera, plus end)......but yes, this is how I imagine Richard fans to be...nice one

first of all, i think you should have gone for something different to teardrop
its a little bit too recognisable
i enjoyed the piece, but i'm not sure why that i did. maybe because it displayed the potential to be very funny, almost promised it, and then travelled in the opposite direction, which is almost funny in itself
