Location needed. Help appreciated :)

Hi all,
I'm trying to find a location for a promo in the coming months. It's a music video shoot, and the location needs to be somewhere which would be OK to throw paint against one of the walls. (It's going to be quite messy!)
It needs to be preferably an old/disused/unwanted/derelict etc space which would be OK to make this mess in. Either garden,shed, garage, room, would be fine. Just some sort of space, which would be fine to get trashed.
I know its quote alot to ask, but (as you can imagine) its proving difficult to find somewhere cheap to do this in. Preferably in London, but anywhere in south of England would be considered.
