Just seen the DVD Collection programme myself. A nice little interview i must say. Here's hoping that the website people for the show keep to their word of putting the interview online in the coming week. I will then be able to link to it for all to see.
I noticed at the end of the interview that Shane referred to Paddy's as yet unexplored talent for comedy, and that their next project was to be a film to explore this. I guess this must have been a reference to the now shelved project that was in production at the beginning of the year.
Stuart Maconie is always a pleasant chap too. I remember getting my first glimpse of Smalltime on The Collins and Maconie Movie Club (late night ITV a good few years back) where they sung it's praises. They showed the clip where Jumbo and Ruby are waking up on the sofa, and Ruby is adamant that she is coming to 'the lads' with Jumbo. Jumbo of course is adamant that she isn't coming. "One... you combed everybodies hair at the last one, and two... you're just a fucking..... minge."

Incase some of you skip straight to this message board without visiting the sites home page (silly people), then the latest news update is that The DVD Collection interview is now viewable online on the BBC website. The interview is 7 minutes long and contains some interesting discussion and films clips too. www.bbc.co.uk/bbcfour/cinema/dvdcollection/video/index.shtmlAs always with BBC video clips, you will need Realplayer to watch it.
