The competition sounds awsome! I just got a new fangled mobile with an 8 megapixel camera on it. Maybe shane should come up with a theme or title that we all have to work around? Would be interesting to see all our interpretations.

The short short film competition idea is a good one.... but I'm not committing to anything until I have definite prizes on the table!  I'm currently having a nightmare trying to prise a DVD and a soundtrack out of a promo company who already confirmed they would hand them over.  |

I say we shouldn't have a theme/title. So we can be really free... I mean thats what its all about anyway, the freedom to make films? But I can deal with a theme if everyone disagrees with me. Plus Chromebaby's done his.. what if it doesn't fit the theme?! Poor fella.

I think it should be as open as possible. So themes etc may not be the way to go. I love that Chrome has got off his ass and made the first one and wouldn't want to piss on his chips by coming up with a sci-fi theme or suchlike.
In terms of prizes my favorite is....
The winning short/s could go on donk dvd as (hidden?) extra/s.
What do people think? Would you prefer signed pickys of me in the buff?
One winner? Three? More???

I've got an idea for something under the one minute mark but I've got a posh camera and as of today access to an even better one but the shittest mobile you've ever laid eyes on!
I'd like to pull out all the stops so I've got something for my showreel as well as something to enter into the competition so would it be alright to enter with something like that?
I think the idea should be more important than the conception anyway, just thought I'd check so I don't look like an arse hole trying to uneven the playing field with fancy equipment!
