Keys To The Kingdom, one of the many UNKLE tracks that Gavin Clark's done guest vocals for, was just used on this morning's Football Focus (Saturday 7th February) woooOoOOOO!!! ;D
The section was a recap or summary on the previous Arsenal v Tottenham derby match (Wednesday 29 October 2008, the 4-4 match) ahead of tomorrow's north London derby and a bit on Robbie Keane.
Anyway, it was an instrumental version (no vocal, boo hiss), but I was well chuffed to hear that a Gavin collaboration has made it to the heady heights of Saturday afternoon terrestrial BBC viewing. YUSSS! Whatever next, MoTD2, then MoTD main programme? At this rate, Adrian Chiles may become a celebrity fan, if he isn't already that is (he's a clever bloke, see).
So cheers to whoever's been choosing the tracks at Football Focus Towers recently. Nice one! Maybe a bit of Hard Sun for the next "relegation woes" section? Or something of the new album when it comes out, yeah?
