Since we got the amazing news on Sunday night, Girls who finished with me when I was at school, are turning up at my house in erotic clothing.
Teachers who excluded me from lessons and told Boo-boo the clown I was un-hire-able, are telling pupils I was a child genius who always did his homework.
And I wonder Kezz? How Griff is feeling after he walked off the set that day claiming that Myself and Mark didn't have a clue what we were doing and the film was going to be a pile of shit, when in fact he just wanted to earn monopoly money on commercials, so he would have the time to play golf and take pictures of bridges, instead of par-taking in the back breaking work that the rest of us were doing? I hope the pieces of silver bought you much happiness Schnozz. X.

You're not wrong, Shane – just look at the amount of activity that's been going on, on the site, with new members and lapsed users (ha. That sounds like junkies that have fallen off the wagon); one bloke's even using the boards to promote his eBay auctions. Nice. The flick wins an award and suddenly people want to start selling shit that was signed for them...
...oh, and I don't suppose you could lend me a tenner and elt me kip in your shed?

I've received a few emails from old aquaintances and ex-girlfriends!
Invariably they start with either "You probably don't remember me..." or... "do you remember about 15 years ago when you were in Tesco and you bought some Frosties?"
I just politely tell them that there's no Shane at this email address.

Never said anything about you being a lapsed user, now did I, Jake/Paul? Having been a rabid collector of stuff for years and someone that is an admin on another forum, I always get a little annoyed when I see people using a forum as a means to advertise goods they're selling; especially stuff that's been signed. As Bobby Brown (and Britney, for that matter) once said, it's my prerogative. Each to their own.

Jake/Paul is genuine, I met him at a HMV signing and he's a really nice bloke. It's the dudes who ask you to sign 10 different photo's without it being made out to anyone that are the naughty stinkweasals!!! You just know them babies are making more money off me than I am off myself

No worries, and sorry if I came across as being off.
I was at an event a good few years ago and I saw one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed. Franco Nero and Enzo Castellari were in attendance for a double bill screening of two of their films. Luckily, a mate and I got to meet them a little later on. We met Castellari but had to wait ages to meet Franco Nero because some twat was sat at a table opposite him with a bunch of covers, an inch thick. You've never seen anything like it; Nero was huffing and puffing but what was really funny, was that many of the covers were from some exceptionally rare releases and every now and then, Nero was like "wow, I've never seen this before. Can I have it?" And the guy reluctantly nodded an uncomfortable nod; he was gutted but couldn;t say no to him! Priceless.
My mate and I reckon Nero had about £150 worth of covers out of the guy. Serves him right for being a greedy piggy! ;D

I can remember really beginning to worry when I heard he had walked out.. and I spose its kinda like we achieved the unthinkable against all the odds..
