dvd.. not available to me in new zealand

i really want this bad.. and am willing to pay.. but the link wont let me buy it online in new zealand.. need an english credit card or something..

so if anyone can help me out? even a streaming file so i can watch it.. my brother and i NEED to see this..

They say they are selling it, but they're not.... Phill can testify to that. They still have a listing, but since their proposed release date passed, it has never been available. No other site has ever mentioned a Small Time DVD either... seems Play.com were talking out of their backsides.
