Is it me misreading this or are the two black guys in 24/7 gay
and are lovers at the end? if it is it is very subtle and nicely done.
I kind of get it from the toilet 'I've got nuff gyal' scene and then the 'big hands!' scene at the end.
I dunno may just have to adjust my gaydar.

Put a stop to it. Anyway, back to the question.... Yeah, I would say that their time at the boxing club and what happens with the whole thing, kind of gives them a chance to overcome their fears of being open about their feelings. After working out the rival gangs differences and working together as a team, they all turn their back on their childish and pointless gang rivalries and confrontational abuse (ahem... Mr Rodreigez!) and feel more comfortable in themselves after seeing what they are all capable of. Well something like that.. I haven't thought it through properly so I think I may have just garbled a bit there. |
