I'm actually trying to get Bruce Jones involved on my new film project 'Tough Love' I seem to have found his agent and have emailed them Friday afternoon. I didnt and wouldnt mention Corrie but did mention how good his performance was in 24/7 and that you could see his talent in serious emotional roles. The role in question is a passionate, serious role its about a guy that cares for his wife with alzheimers and how he tries to re-create this perfect day of when he proposed to her at the seaside. All he wants is for her to remeber one moment of that day forty years ago when they were both sixteen. Its a highly emotional piece and one story in the film. So if anyone can help me track him down? ;D

I may be wrong but I though I read somewhere he does stand up at a club in Spain.... I may be completely off the plot here... maybe I dreamed it, or just made it up. I would research before I answered but I'm stressing over my new camera!

I thought Bruce Jones was brilliant in 24/7. And Corrie for that matter! And celebrity wife swap!

He actually got sacked because he was supposedly slagging off a lot of the people that he had to work with on Corrie while he was drunk. I never thought he was that good in Corrie. He seemed stifled by the limitations of the script. But I always rememeber being blown away by his performance in Raining Stones, which I saw when I was about 15. And again in 24/7. He seems to give a much better performance when he's working in a more improvisational environment.
