It was actually quite easy to find, as you drive north along the M1, immediately after junction 26 Nottingham, you can see it on your left.
The hardest part was finding access to the site.

The church in 247 is in aspley on aspley road, notts. I met Shane and some of the actors there when they were filming. I also know the area of Sneinton in notts, that a lot of Shane's early work was filmed as i used to live there at the same time Shane did.  |

Thribb, did you find the place where Darcy goes dancing with his Aunty? It looks like Bestwood Miner's Welfare in Bestwood village? The Farm building is about 2 minutes drive from the last place I lived in Nottingham!

Paul I have just watched this, and I remember looking at the building and I could not place where it was located, I don't suppose you could send me directions please? Last time heading up the motorway, the farm buildings were being renovated. Did you happen to find where the 901 club is located? |

Calverton, Great base, chatted for ages to Shane's dad here and had most of the food with Shane's dad (HE WAS EATING MOST), was offered a driving job but didn't have class three, so me and J B Tannen, just drank and scoffed, admiring that red porsche. great day
