I know this is probably not on the agenda, but they should make a Morell spin off movie, focusing entirely on him. I know he is a psycho, but he is fu*king entertaining. Perhaps a prequel to romeo brass, to discover why he got so fu*ked up. Come on Shane I have heard some of your other tin-pot ideas and this one is a winner in comparison!  |

If you haven't heard the Bob Mortimer radio clip in the EXTRAS section, then you may not have heard that Paddy Considine was going to reprise his role of Morrell in a film called Catterick.
The film didn't come to fruition however, and instead Vic and Bob mad made a 6 part BBC series from the story (currently mid-way through being shown on BBC2). The main nutter character in the story is now played by Reece Shearsmith (League of Gentlemen), but it was to be played by Paddy Considine and in the same style as Morrell in Romeo Brass (not exact same character).
That's the nearest to a spin-off that I know of. I think any spin off is now highly unlikely.

what a legendary charachter. so obviously going to become a cult icon
along with Richard in Dead man's shoes. As Shane and Paddys career blossom. Like Robert Deniro's Travis Bickle (Taxi Driver) or Pacino's Scarface.
