you are a lucky lucky man ryd because you have yet too see shanes best film so far IMO and paddy's best performance too the first time i saw it it blew me away i watched it on video then rewound it moved my chair right up to the tv and watched it all over again cos i wanted to be sure i hadn't missed a thing, it's amazing

watched it last night, i was blown away! as i expected of course! i love the hammer scene to death, absolutely stunning film work there, oh man.. wow, i loved it.

saw it on bbc2 originally, with no expectations whatsoever, and like you it blew me away, every performance was great, the music was great, the pace of it...

Like bobmil I saw it on bbc2 but only saw the second half so straight afterwards i was on amazon and got it for about £7.
