The word on the streets is that William Ivory (local filmaker) is trying to buy the rights to it and make it into a film.
I'd love Shane to get his teeth into it now that would be class.

William Ivory has now brought the rights to Dave McVay's book Diary of a footballing nobody it's already been turned into a play and will be showing at the Nottingham Playhouse from October 5th for three weeks.
Word on the streets is if it does wel;l a film could be in the making.
