Fingers crossed for both Vicky and Johnny-great achievement to get nominated and will be sweet if they win. It's a pity Johnny won't appear in '88 and '90 (unless there are flashbacks), but he has certainly gained fans around here (and can ditch the 'I'm not Eddie' T-Shirt now too ;D) All the best in the future, Johnny.
PS. If anybody has yet to see London to Brighton, see it!

Shane, just wanted to say I thought your un-edited post was hilarious and I hope my 'chldren's story' joke didn't offend you? I don't know why, but I've been worrying about this..... x

No offence taken at all. I actually have discussed doing books for children and although nothing has come off, never say never!

Phew, relieved about that. The book's a great idea. Great children's books are timeless.....and if you manage to come up with the next Mr Men or Thomas the Tank Engine, it'll finance your films for the rest of your life. Maybe after TIE '90
