In the hope that Mister Meadows may read this I am appealing for HELP!
My name is Ruth Paxton, I'm a student filmmaker based in Edinburgh. Approaching the end of my degree I have decided to write my dissertation on Meadows and his films, which have been both a pleasure to experience and an influence on my own work.
I have been advised by my mentors that the best thing to do is approach Shane himself and hope he might be up for answering some questions and giving some input.
Unsurpriingly the big-wigs at distribution and production end have not responded to my pleas for help and the kind administator of this fine forum suggested I post here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Here's hoping...
Thanks very much, Ruth (ruthpaxton@hotmail.com)TEXTTEXT

Hiya Ruth, I will try me best but I'm writing at the minute and when I'm writing I become like a freakin hermit, my own family think i've died at the minute. Bear with me and I will get my Mrs to get in touch with you. All the best and stuff like that. Shane.

No bother as there's plenty of time, whenever you (or yer mrs) find time to get in touch that's be great.
Thanks very much for responding, very grateful to you. All the best with the writing...

His own family think he has died becuse he is busy doing everything twice, like double posting on forums. ;D
Sorry for hijacking the thread with digression.
Good luck Ruth.
