must have watched it about 5 years ago and I just saw before when flicking through channels that its now a kids tv programme and from the brief bit I watched it seems to have lost all its charm

Don't think I'd seen that short before, but had seen an episode or two of the TV version.

I don't think the reworking for kids TV is too bad. The tone of the original short isn't really kids TV material, so it defrinitely had to change to make it kid friendly.
