The Sheffield based cartoonist, Pete Mckee, has done this cool cartoon of a selection of Warp and Meadows people – real and... Not so real. yfrog.com/z/nyczthyj

Is that a Honey Monster, or a bear?

I adore Pete Mckee and have a couple of his prints, together with some Pump Clips that he did for Kelham Brewery and have framed rather nicely, though I say so myself. His work is amazing .. all done in emulsion paint ! I urge you all to go and nose at his work on his site ... they sum up life incredibly. www.therealmckee.co.uk/

Not so real. yfrog.com/z/nyczthyjI don't know all the characters in that cartoon but it's fab, as usual; I love his work. Pete's also in the Sheffield ukelele band Everly Pregnant Brothers - me and my husband were invited to go on the "funky bus" with them to their latest gig at a beer festival near Derby at The Unicorn pub this weekend, it was brilliant! I filmed some of the numbers and am uploading them today. Will return and post a link once I've done it.
