Gavin clark music for my short film

Hey everyone
This is my first post on this forum, so I am not too sure how many people are actually active on here.
I am planning a really short film about two skinhead friends, and how they get into an argument and split up (which calls for a shane meadows inspired walking montage of one of the characters).
I really like the idea of using some Gavin Clark music in the short film for the walking montage, and was wondering if anyone could help me get the rights to the music, or if anyone has Gavin or Shanes contact emails so I can discuss this with them.
