I met with Guy Martin, www.guymartinracing.co.uk/, on Saturday at a local bike shop where he was promoting a clothing brand. During an on-stage interview he was asked the standard type questions- what's you favourite band, TV programme, food, drink etc. When it came to films, up comes Mr Meadows and he quoted one or two and sang their praises with great enthusiasm and passion. Guy knows exactly what he likes in the world and he appreciates the skills and knowledge that go into these chosen items, motorcycles, tea, engineering and trucks to name a few others, his passion is infectious. I had ten minutes with him and boy does he like your work, he loves it. We spoke about the actors, the styles and the music, it was great. So, the reason for this note, other than to confirm another fan, is to suggest that you perhaps have a look at Guy as a potential piece of as there's a subject here that's very popular, interesting and probably willing. He was one of the lead characters in Closer to the Edge and also did a TV programme called The boat that Guy built, maybe what he needs next is your eye looking at him. Keep going, regards Andy
