Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a decent video editing software package? I don't mind paying, but only need something basic. It needs to run on Windows 8.
I've got Windows Live Movie Maker but it's just about useless.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, I would recommend Adobe Premiere Elements to start out with. It's a scaled down version of its bigger brother, Adobe Premiere Pro, but still offers powerful tools that are definitely a step up from the built in software on Windows. You can download a trial here: www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=premiere_elements&loc=usWhen you're ready you can step up to the professional Premiere Pro package. Cheers, Aaron.
