Bonjour, I came across this amazing man, Graeme Willgress, when I started researching my forthcoming Cycling Movie. In short he has suffered on and off for most of his life with mental health issues and a few years back had a major breakdown, but rather than letting it break him, he got on a push bike and rode the entire coastline of Britain on his pushbike. He raised money for charity and the awareness of that great taboo 'mental health' in the process and it has lead to an amazing turnaround in his life. He has written two books based on two of his epic journey's (the second to be released in march), and is about to take on his biggest challenge across a load of very high mountains, but needs a little help to fund it. I for one have donated as I would rather pay hard cash than ride up a load of mountains, though part of me yearns to be able to do so. So I am living my dreams through Graeme and when I read the third book about this particular adventure, I will know I played a small part in the journey. Not quite exercise but at least I'm allowing the thoughts in! Here is a link to the fundraiser site: www.gofundme.com/21d2eoAnd here is one to Graeme's website graemewillgress.com/

Donated £5 (which is hard for a student!) wishing him the best of luck and good luck with your cycling project, Shane.
Dave I paid with PayPal and all was fine.
Aaron.

Good man. £5 is a weeks shopping in student land, so massive respek.
I used to live on a poor relative of super noodles mixed with pinapple chunks, sweetcorn, peanut butter and chilli powder. 5 packs of fraud noodles are still a quid in the same shop 18 years later. So even though house prices and petrol are freaking insane, a student can still build those meadows special filth noodles for pennies!
