Through the murmurings on Twitter, Andrew Shim has been mentioning that a two day music video shoot has come to a close.
All I can work out from the tweets at the moment is that Shane has been shooting a music video for Jake Bugg which features Andrew Shim and Rosamund Hanson!

Do you know if Shane has any plans to return to full movie making?
What with ASDA adverts Music videos that Stone Roses documentary not forgetting TIE 86,88,90,92,94 ect ect
It seems like his feature films are a thing of the past.

I've just signed on to direct 337 shorts starring Nicholas Lyndhurst, so won't be making a feature till 2021 at the earliest.

Oh dear, already the Lyndhurst collection has slipped down to 337 shorts from the originally touted 350.
If the number goes below 330, you can forget it... nobody will be interested in that.

Had a great laugh making it. I've only ever made 2 pop vids before (both for Richard Hawley) back in 2008 (ish) so it was nice to do one again. I much prefer doing them over adverts (been 3 years since the last one of those) as I get to write the story's and shoot them how I see fit, rather than by committee.
My pop videos are included in my (soon to be released) list of projects from 1994-2013, alongside my shorts, as they are, like I said, my own imaginings. Jake's video is actually bookended with two scenes, so really is like a little short. It was an honour to do it for Jake and I owed him big-time for playing at my 40th last year!
I can't wait for you guyz to see it as it was the best craic I've had in ages and it is freaking bonkers.

Clifton talent strikes again what with Finn Atkins, Jake Bugg and of course me.
It might be a good idea for us to have some of those Hollywood style stars outside Southchurch Drive shops.
