Really random: Advice re. new desktop PC

Our old one has finally given up the ghost ... so we are looking to buy another PC .. no need for monitor, keyboard etc.

Do a bit of downloading, editing of pics, general internet use. Already have a 5TB external hard drive for Mike's music ...

I'm not a computer person .. I just know how to irritate people on message boards, so any advice would be appreciated .. Preferably not much over 400 squiddles.

Not sure what to suggest, but everything you've mentioned should be within the capabilities of even the cheapest PC these days!
