1st of all hopefully Shane is reading this and if you are then I have to say that Dead Man's Shoes is a fantastic film and surprisngly enough it even still has a great impact on further viewings. Anyway I read somewhere that the film cost around £750,000 to make, but I don't think it made that back in the cinemas. So I was wondering if Shane or Film Four have any idea if you might break even or even go into profit with regards to the dvd rentals/sales? If Shane or somebody else could reply then that would be great.

Hiya m8. The film looks like going into profit with the DVD sales going thru the roof. To give you an idea, Romeo Brass and Midlands put together have sold 10,000 dvd's over the last 6 or seven years. Dead Mans Shoes has sold 10,000 this week. I can't tell you how amazing it feels to finally break even on a film (and possibly profit).
