Hmmm... now I can't recall for sure, but I think there were some used. There was definitely some Epic RED cameras and even GoPro cameras too.

The film was shot in 2005 when the RED company had only just been formed, and the Epic & go-pro were a distant dream. We're getting old, Dave...
If memory serves, the film was shot on two 16mm film cameras, probably arris.
I think TiE'86 was fully digital but can't remember the cameras, Reds maybe, with DSLR's used for the golf buggy sequence and that was about it. And TiE'88 was a multi-format extravaganza!

Made of Stone must have had loads of cameras. There are shots from all over the place during the montage of concerts from around the world. They must of had hours of footage to sift through!
I didn't know DSLR was that infantile in 2005.

Reminds me.... yeah, it was Super 16mm that it was shot on... I took a photo of one of the cameras when I was there!

You were there during filming of This is England?! Awesome! Yeah, I was lucky enough to get invited along for a day! I was there for the scene in the cafe where Shaun's mum confronts the gang about shaving Shaun's head.... I'm also in the scene too! ha Sat facing the window of the cafe and wearing a flat cap!
