I've seen each series (usually online with Spanish subtitles though) but I really wanted to buy the DVDs (or maybe even BluRays if I get one of those fancy machines.) All I can find for sale though are region 2 versions. I really don't want to have to hack my DVD player. Is this ever going to be available or should I just give up?

What DVD player do you own.... it's usually VERY easy to 'hack' them.
Hack makes it sound more difficult than it is. It's usually weird things like, "open disc tray, enter 00124 on controller, turn player off, turn it back on". ha

OK... I guess it's been a few years... but now I want the complete boxed set. I have a Playstation 4 for watching DVDs and Blurays though. Don't know if regions make a difference on one of those. Still haven't seen This is England 90. Last night the show just popped into my head and I checked youtube to see what I could find. Found some behind the scenes stuff with what appeared to be Japanese subtitles. Made me realize how much I enjoyed the show.
