Song in original This Is England trailer

Hello all, not sure if this topic has been discussed before but It's been driving me crazy for sometime now. In the original This Is England Trailer  at the 38 second mark is a song that I cannot find anywhere. I'd love to know more about the track, and if anybody has anymore information to offer please do.
