Does anyone know who designed UK Dead Man's Shoes Poster? It looks like one of empires www.empiredesign.co.uk/ but its not in there portfolio. Does anyone know who designed the poster? thank you!

Something I've always wondered about film posters. do the filmmakers/director have a say in what it ends up like? I assume they do so they can get their own look and feel across?

Depends how it´s being distributed and who´s taking care of it, your production team....meaning you as a film-maker also have control over your post-prod distribution... or theirs....meaning a replication, authoring or distribution company. And how nice everyone is.

hahahaa just remembered when i was in vegas there were adverts all over for this dude DANNY GANS, it got so it was a bit of a laugh with each other calling each other danny gans all the time at full volume. err anyway on one of his 20 ft poster there was just one quote
DANNY GANS
