Hi,
First of all id like to say hi to everyone here ( A big HI to the man himself!! ;D).
A friend of mine convinced me to watch DMS and its been a snowball from there!!
Ive been to Matlock and visited a few of the locations, some still to find!, and ive watched the film and reccomended the film MANY TIMES!!
The film is a legend, i have got a couple of queries tho
1. Why do the "goons" go to see Patti?
2. Is pattys daughter supposed to be Antonys?
These may be a repost, but please bare with me as i am new

Also i was wondering if anyone knew specifically where the big Shed that Richard stays in is??
I cant find that, pattys, jo`s or the club where Herbies dealing when Richard first meets him??
Does anyone know??

Yep bit of a repost Matt but what you ask are from several threads so..
1. The goons I think go to see Patty because they think she gave Richard keys to enter their properties. They are a bit paranoid at this point so striking out at anyone who they think might be against them.
2. I was never sure about this one but I think Shane has mentioned somewhere that he believed the child to be Anthony's. Nice and poetic if it is.
Ah the big shed, I think some of the Meadows maniacs on this forum have found it! It's just to the north west of a place named Bonsall - off Abel Lane there's a green lane called Moor Lane, goes up the hill away from a farm. At the top of the hill there's a field on the right and in that is the shed! Moor Lane is a right of way but the field is private. However, if you ask at the small nursery back down the lane at the edge of the village, I'm sure they'll give you permission to go and have a look round.

Yeh, thanks for that Rich!  Im obsessed with the locations simply because i know Matlock quite well. what does *spoilers* mean?? its appeared at the top of this thread, also whereabouts is the club that herbie was dealing at?, not Sonnys (i found that one) cheers again, matt |

I like your photos, you seem to be doing the same as me (looking for all locations used in films nearby)
I didnt realise till i saw your photos, that SO much of "This is England" was filmed at Nottingham............... Might have to check these locations out now too!!
