Sreenings of Shane's films in Australia

What's the story about distribution of Shane's films in Australia? His films have all had fabulous reviews on Australian websites but I have never seen either Once Upon A Time In The Midlands or Dead Man's Shoes listed at any of our cinemas, despite the fact that I am a very frequent patron of the non-mainstream cinemas. The earlier films have been shown, so why not these two?
