I love his voice in the film. I also love the great scene in which he is getting fit running around in the caveman outfit. Classic film.

Just got my November's BFI programme and as part of an event called 40 Years of Time out, 40 years of British Film they're showing Northern Soul with Last Resort.
Last Resort is the Pawel Pawlikowiski film starring Paddy Considine, just in case you didn't know. (Not seen it myself yet.)
The first sentence of the blurb says:
Both Shane Meadows and Pawel Pawlikowiski have carried the British cinema of social commitment into the new century.
Sunday 23 Nov at 18:30 at the BFI London if you're interested.
