you avoided that with some skill. ive just watched Man City. Like Chelsea, only worse. Everything thats wrong in modern football in a single team. Perfect. Diving when youre losing is bad enough, but diving when youre 2-0 up, then your manager demanding a sending off? Now THATS class. I went up to Manchester last night to see Liverpool take on Man City and although the score was 3-0 Liverpool could have won the game missing two easy chances in the first 15 minutes. Having said that because of there crazy spending they will end up as Champions maybe for many years to come. Sad to see Football now all about cash |

Wake up? Why did you post something worth reading? You never post about Notts either do you? I can't read/decipher the code, which is just as well really. I don't think the Meadow Lane stands will be a sea of red next season Cliff, so you'll have to find some other way to pay that milk bill. So... Darlington's still twitching. The supporters bid needs another £500k or something to keep the club going as the takeover bids keep getting knocked back. Including Steve Wildes' efforts which involve keeping the stadium as an asset.
Its not a music venue.
Its not a community centre.
It will never pay its way.
Also, thumbs up to the Giants winning the Superbowl with the most reluctant touchdown in history.

I suppose the name still carries connotations of past glories, so... My best guess is we'll be subject to a shark attack by an asset stripper. Fecking tragic when that's the only scenario you can envisage, isn't it? Football's in a bad way all round  |
