A friend of mine is a professional photographer and eight or nine years ago started a project called "The Degrees Project" based on the Kevin Bacon degrees game in aid of diabetes. He's now photographed dozens of a-list stars including Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Morgan Freeman and recently relased his book 'Degrees' which Kevin has written the afterword for. When he was an amateur photographer he sent out over 300 requests to different celebritys and got back one yes from Joss Ackland and then through referrals from each star managed to get the book made. I did mention to him that he should try and get Paddy but he'd nearly finished the book when I suggested it.
