Great news! how about Shane and Paddy doing Frank Spencer : The Movie as well (due to his likeness in the funeral scene in DMS) I'd love to see Paddy in an out and out comedy.

Message for Shane,
Happy New Year, My Name is Allan, and im a big fan of all your movies and everything warp.
I bumped into Stuart Wolfenden on a boozy christmas eve eve and he ended up coming back to my gaff and autographing my copy of dead mans shoes. He really is the nicest guy. Made my year that. If you get chance please thank him.
I am the drummer in a band that may interest you. Its Horse-Rock. We and the freak up front, is called "Lord Mongo". We hold residency at Satans Hollow in Manchester. We played in the city in december and there is some really dodgy footage of the gig that someone has posted up on google video. We are in the studio in february to record an album and was wondering if you thought any of this would be of interest to you or anyone at warp.
Everything will be explained if you type "lord mongo" into google video. The visuals and the concept side of things are really important and strong where the music is of a 70's prog rock nature, with plenty of subass, heavy beatmongin, massive riffs and swirling organ. The lyrics are easy to make out because of the dodgy footage. But they are relevant.
I will be sending the album out to labels when Its finnished, but Warp has always been my dream label. At the moment I think Gravenhurst and Battles are absolutely amazing. And warp films...........Wow. Dont even get me started. AMAZING. If Mongo had 3 singles each one directed by a different warp director, (sm, cm, cc) oh my lord. Sorry, back to reality.
I would be really appreciative of any advice or help you could offer. We have already had really good reviews round Manchester, Flux and the Wire, but 2006 we are gonna unleash barrymore.
Bests and good luck in 2006.
