hi everyone ! I'm from Chile (south america) Shane Meadows films really rock, I really liked This Is England! Here in Chile a lot of Skin Heads went to the cinema to watch the movie those days (the movie was here only for two days) , It was a success  |

Hi all,
Just a post to say hello. Only recently became a bonafide Meadows fan. Had already seen and enjoyed DMS, TIE and 24/7 but didn't click they were all from the same director. I Found out, Got This is Shane Meadows for x-mas and absolutley loved Romeo Brass. Cant wait for his next project.
Easily my fave director at the moment. I just love the feel of his films and all the characters in them. The likes of Meadows faves Considine and Shim are top drawer actors. There are no un-interesting characters in his films.
I look forward to posting more.

Dave, As the Administrator do you pass on messages to Shane? If not please could you give me a contact email address where I can send a note to Shane? This 'forum' business is new to me and I am unsure what it is for. All I want is for Shane to read my message so that he knows I still have, and continue to value greatly, the signed picture (he designed at Trent Uni). Also if you contact Shane, please ask him if he still has the salmon coloured Ben Sherman shirt he purchased in Maldon High Street. ???Many thanks, Carol Just thought it maybe a good move to create a place where new members can introduce themselves! With regards to passing stuff onto Shane.... I can't.  Shane visits the site quite a bit and does reply to some messages. Obviously he doesn't have time to read everything, so only a few random things get replies every once in a while. |
