Hi Shane - met you at Cornerhouse when you came to talk about Dead Man's Shoes, it's the girl from that old one-horse town. I have script report that I want to show you, compares me to Genet and Orton in the same sentence. Not bad eh. Also had a film co say yes to a treatment. can you gis an email i can attach pdf and ms word to. BTW always kept The Times obit. on Bartley, same pic as you got posted up. Be good to get in touch with you cos lots to write and also nearly sewn up Paper Bullets script, certainly can send you treatment. All the best from the north. xx Loved the interview on southbank show! So true!!

It's amazing how many people have been trying to get Shane to look at their work on here recently. I have to be honest, I don't think it will work via this method, so really don't get your hopes up. I have no idea what the correct method may be, but I'm sure it isn't this.

you can't blame people for trying it though can you dave........ I can't imagine shane getting his new film ideas off here but you never know......maybe you should start a thread specifically for people wanting to pitch an idea to shane, then I could go through it and pilfer all the best ones for my own gain.....

Shane... I'm flogging some vids that I've managed to replace on DVD... are you interested? "Pardon Us" - Laurel & Hardy. "Ivor The Engine" - complete episodes! "Kind Hearts & Coronets" Plus a few more. Too lazy to put on eBay... and I'm not too fussed for doing a carboot sale at the mo. Let me know otherwise I'll take 'em to the charity shop. Hey - worth a try I suppose... and I can always do this reply as either a script, novelette, essay or haiku and then you can critically analyse it for me. Sarcasm detector? No thanks - I've got one already and many to spare - wanna buy one? Hoho - I'm a wag eh? N.

I've still got some left though... let me know if you want any. And if we make this and your reply into a sketch, how do you fancy playing yourself if Shane directs? I reckon you should send him a C.V. here and see what's said... if he thinks you're good enough, then I'll be happy! N.

Just watched (again) the Donk video where he is grooving his ass in a Leisure Centre and remarks to 'put your hands on my....ass' - I can groove with that kind of remark and find it erotic, on a par with Rihanna's album cover overall. Keep it up, chief Donk.
