I want D! And/or E! (I want stuff with the gang.) Put you down for D at the moment. By the look of things, we may have to do two sections each, so you may end up with both.

If you're struggling that much, fling me down for another. Your choice. Just had a rehearsal. Oh dear.

Jill.... I've put you down for Q, it is basically the 'build up' including the "What makes a bad Dad?" bit.
*SPOILER* Q ends just as Combo kicks off, so section R is going to a tough one to start on for someone. But like I said before, I don't think people should worry about 'disrespecting' the film or anything like that. Whoever wants to take it on, can tackle what is going on on screen head-on, or talk about the film generally if they like.

M's done. It's in avi format so I might convert it to mp3 somehow. It's nervy and it sounds like a geiger counter but I can't be bothered with another take.
s'only an experiment, like.

I'll do R as well Dave if you don't get enough takers. Bit busy at work just now, so might take me a while (end of May), but I will do it-honest!

Drink plenty of water with it, but not too much.

Dave, only just seen this thread, fabulous idea! Might I suggest to everyone that they end their commentary just a few seconds short of the allotted 5 minutes..
I think that in the finished piece, a few seconds breathing time would be more preferable to a sudden switch from one person to the next, does that make sense?

Yes, I was going to suggest this in the final guide-lines when we have all the slots filled. When compiling the 5 minute bits, I will align the start time of each recording with the DVD time code.... so if anyone over-runs, I will fade it out or some such thing. But yes, best to leave a few seconds breathing space between people. When recording your bit, don't worry about turning your recording off exactly at 5 minutes, I'll trim it when I get it. Just make sure that all your chat is within the five minutes.

I'd have thought Comp might be up for one of these, as well as Gareth (he of Paddy's site), Billywizz - Wiggy maybe? Oh and large Michael, Carolyn?
