I saw this last week and thought it was really great. Harrowing and bleak in points but the acting was superb and it was one of the most realistic realism films I've seen in a long time. This and NEDS would be good on a double bill. did you take paddy up on the offer to visit the set all them years back?? Unfortunately no. As you know the film was made a few years after that whole thing and I didnt have a way of contacting Paddy and he didn't get in touch. Still a great wee story though, and I always have that initail phone call!

Paddy Considine is now a patron of QUAD in Derby! www.derbyquad.co.uk/about-quad/latest-news/pg13With John Hurt also as a patron QUAD is now so fucking cool it hurts! I'm hoping that one of them can do a new voice for the lift! The drunk, depressed woman's voice it's currently got isn't funny anymore.

Le Donk doing the voice for the stairs would be good. "You've reached the top of the first flight of stairs, you fucking snails. You are now approaching the second flight of stairs. It's all good."

Tyrannosaur is a classy lil film from the first rate casting, acting and sound track. Paddy shows himself to be a top rate comedy writer too with some moments of real humour. The bloke and his dog was funny yet these idiots can be v dangerous

Haven't seen it yet but my husband Brian saw it at The Showroom and he said it was one of the best films he'd seen for a long time. I would have gone with him but I was filming for Come Dine With Me, LOL
