I was late on Twitter today! haha Only just noticed this myself. Sounds great.
It all sounds very plausible. Ian Brown was in This Is England '86 after all, so they must be chummy.

I read this earlier in The Sun ;D Is this a new pic of Shane or perhaps from 'Le Donk' as he is holding a Sony Z1 (Which Donk was shot on and is pretty old technology now) and I remember Shane saying he had the new Sony PMW F3 (I think this was the one from memory) when discussing the Red ones overheating during 'TIE88"

www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/bizarre/3895640/Stone-Roses-making-movie-of-reunion.htmlIt's all rumour based really..... but Warp producer Mark Herbert has tweeted the following: "Just to clarify rumours on Shane Meadows and Warpfilms doing Stone Roses documentary. We filmed the press conference last week but until we finish post on This is England 88 in Dec nothing will be finalised. We just jumped at chance to film the announcement. Exciting tho!" also: "In fact if you look at original article in Independent today it said Shane was born in Sheffield. That tells you how "confirmed" it all is" ;D

That's an EX1R. I would have taken my F3 but it's manual focus and I'm not about to risk my sausage fingers and mole vision making a sows' ear out of it. There should be a statement out about it today but in brief, once TIE88 is in the bag, me and mark are gonna talk the the band and financiers (C4/Film4 first of course) about getting it rolling. The fact that they happen to be my all time favourite band that there ever was, has been or will ever be, means that it will defo be bumped to the top of the to do list if I can come up with a good enough idea. I missed spike island, I'm not missing this frikker!!!!

I vote for your favorite roadie having a sneaky cameo!! That would be cracking. Donk prefers the Black Crowes and Aerosmith tho!

I'd say mine are "She Bangs the Drums," "Elephant Stone" and "Mersey Paradise."
