It's really hard to choose. The first album is seminal-not a bad track on it-and Cinnamon/Mersey Paradise aren't on it! The Stone Roses was one of those magical music moments for me. It was playing in selectadisc and I listened for a few minutes and then walked up to the counter and said I want what's on the turntable now! I adore that album- still play it regularly.

I'm not being very imaginative here but my favourite has got to be fools gold but then this song is in A Room for Romeo Brass... Did anyone manage to get tickets? I heard they sold out the first batch in 14 minutes.

There's a good chance I'll be out of the country at the time My son tried and failed (but he'll probably find a way-he usually does). According to NME online, more is planned after the Heaton Park gigs-speculation about a tour and maybe V or similar.

I'm pretty sure that there's no Fools Gold in Romeo Brass... just Going Down, and the Ian Brown track, Corpses in Their Mouths. I think!

To be fair, I think Woody88pp's message has been misread. I took it to mean, he like's Fools Gold-excellent- and Going Down-that is in Romeo!
Ian Brown's immediate post-Roses solo stuff is great too. Like (see you in) my star a lot too. Really will be nice to have a DVD on the Roses directed by Meadows (like Kusturica's love note to Maradona or summat-but good ;D )

This is great news Shane, I hope all can be agreed....Good Luck. My fave Roses tune has to be "Tightrope" from Second Coming. What a great background this would be for another adventure of Donk and Scorz. Are you rich enough to clone yourself yet mate and do both? Anyways I hope this comes off.
