Been great so far, being a fan of Vietnam movies this is much better, its always better using your imagination, you feel for the characters more and its more realistic, and with horror you get more scared because its more realistic. Yeah I'm new to books but there great. Can someone reccomend me a good book for when I finish it, I've only ever read Stephen Kings Pet Semetery and now this. Cheers.

Although it obvious the Da vinci Code is a fucking great book.
Im reading 'Dorian' by Will Self at the moment having read the original 'The Picture of Dorian Grey' by Oscar Wilde just before.
I've got a shed load ready to read after that...Angels and demons, The Shining, High Society (Ben Elton) It - Stphen king and all the Hanibal Lector ones, to name but a few!

Just finished reading The Contortionist's Handbook by Craig Clevenger for the second time since Crimbo. Wicked book - one of the best debut novels I've ever read. Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko) has bought the rights... we could be in for a treat if he can pull it out the bag

I'm actually reading "Angels And Demons" at the moment, its slowly growing on me, its nothing on The Da Vinci code but like everyone else I've read them the wrong way round.
Next up my girlfriend bought me "Ash Wednesday" by Ethan Hawke, i'll be reading that next me thinks.

I have quite a few on the go.
Shepperton Babylon (about the UK film industry in the 30's and 40's)
and Dogme 95 by Richard Kelly (the subject is self explanatory really)

Can someone reccomend me a book? something.. uh.. horror, war or crime or something and also light and not to heavy with words I've never heard. For example I've only ever read Pet Semetery and that Guns Up and both where fine. I've tried books people have lent me but I cant finish them because I just dont get words etc.
Cheers.

I've read the wabbie factory i enjoyed it! not got a book on the go at the mo, I've picked up the DA Vinci codes a few times... maybe give that a try. I'm reading alot of baby books at the moment as i am expecting my 1st bambino in 9 weeks time. When i finish work in a few weeks I'll take the opportunity to relax and read a book or two, as I'm not going to have much of a chance again until the bambino starts school!
