The Aliens album Luna is up there in me favourites this year. Wonderful stuff.
Anyway, embracing the Christmas spirit wholeheartedly, I'm giving the Songs For Christmas boxset by Sufjan Stevens a run through this morning. Gorgeousness.

Got a secret Santa present of a Camper Van Beethoven CD, never heard of them, it was alright until track two when it goes all ska and reggae and well, no one likes reggae (well not me anyway).

Aww, persevere! Or at least, listen to "Take The Skinheads Bowling" which isn't ska or reggae in the slightest!

I finally got my hands on Rockin' & Romance by Jonathan Richman & the Modern Lovers. (It's long out-of-print on vinyl and cassette and was never officially reissued on disc, but the Twin/Tone label website sells custom-burned CDs of it.) ;D
