My thoughts exactly, Flash! And I assume close proximity to London is another trait that the lucky pair need.
Fuck it, it was probably Marksherbert and Missdonk! They drive.
I can't imagine it was JT. I'm practically certain it wasn't me or Hyde. I'd be surprised if it was Ryd.

I think Comp was one.
Shane, I'm so glad that it has all been worthwhile and that you ae getting the responce you deserve. I must be really difficult at times when people are pushing against you and you are away from your family/friends etc. I hope people in the UK take to this film as I have talked to many people recently about how I love British cinema at the moment and none of them have even heard of yourself or other british directors. But i've been puting them straight and I hope that this film does the same when it comes out...

why can't you imagine it been me, patrick?
apart from me asking who it was like.

Because you're a nutter. And northern. So I reckon if there was a quick call to find someone on the site to go to an emergency screening, Shane/Dave would've gone for folks who were in the area.

Like 'E' but without the backache!
Variety and Screen usually set fire to my chances of a decent US sale but with the protfolio of reviews that are building from toronto we may well get some decent sales in place by rome.
After we got axed by screen in 2004 at Toronto, We virtually had to give DMS away! This kind of press can make a huge difference to a film and if things carry on like this we may end up going into some kind of profit over the next few years. If that happens, then King of the Gypsies could well get dusted down...

8-)king of the gypsies..... i hope you make a packet shane as you thoroughly deserve to be up with the elite, cannot wait to see this flick and i would love you to make kotg. instead of guessing who the lucky 2 are we should instead all own up to seeing it....... im spartacus!!! (i wish) what is the realistic chance of tickets to the london screenings after all the members and cast and crew's friends and family have purchased them, will it be like trying to get an fa cup ticket. www.woodwigfilms.co.uk

Wow, I can't wait to see this. Having had a mini-Meadows' fest here recently (we watched Romeo, DMS and Northern Soul), some friends of mine are looking forward to seeing it too. Nice one Shane!

Readers may do well to avoid the first paragraph of that review. It tells of the imagery at the end of the film, which although not a story spoiler, is a bit annoying! haha I'm just being fussy I think.
