Welcome to the site.
I can't say I'm entirely clear on what you are asking.
The next screening of This Is England is taking place at the Glasgow Film Festival (see the "Shane and TIE in Glasgow" thread).
If you are asking to have a one off screening of the film on your own terms... then that's almost definitely not going to happen because it hasn't even been released yet!

GOOD GOD MAN! Its True!...
FRIDAY 9TH FEBRUARY
7.30pm EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW of Shane Meadows’ new film THIS IS ENGLAND (Cert tbc - advised 15) Dir : Shane Meadows UK 2007 100 mins
"It's 1983, and the schools are breaking up for summer. Shaun is 12 and a bit of a loner, growing up with his mum in a grim coastal town. When he's befriended by a group of skinheads he discovers parties, girls and snappy dressing but when an older, overtly racist skinhead returns home from prison, the easy camaraderie of the group is broken, and Shaun is drawn into much more uncomfortable territory. Handling the complexities of masculinity, violence and race with sensitivity and a lightness of touch, Shane's captures the mood of the time and the allure of being part of a gang." - London Film Festival
“Meadow’s best film yet and the crowning glory of the London Film Festival. This is Brilliant” - The Observer
Plus a screening of Shane Meadows’ short film WHERE’S THE MONEY RONNIE? (18)
This will be followed by an opportunity to meet and chat with filmmaking talent from the region at our Networking event in the Blends Bar. Mark Herbert, Producer at Warp Films has confirmed his attendance, and we are hoping he will be joined by Shane Meadows.

Doesn't look like you can book tickets. Only reserve 24hrs before and pay on the door.
Christ i want to go!
