I like the idea of turning my telly on every week to see T.I.E in action. Bring it on!

There's been plenty of series that document the 80s, though.

Do you ever SLEEP man!? Veeery interesting. As Ryd's asked, are you gonna direct them all? Like Ryd I'm also not into TV dramas that much. But this'll be comedy/drama won't it? If it's on Planet Shane I'll be loyal. As marksherbert has intimated, the suits can really screw these things up. Sit on 'em an' do spicy guffs in their pointy faces! Mmmm. '86 and '90? World cup? *Sigh* Well, you made me love a boxing film! ;D Looking forward to it! EDIT: I suppose this answers the 'What next for the TIE cast' thread question! ;D

Fuck me how have I not noticed this thread up until now?! It sounds fantastic Shane! After the success of TIE Ch4 would be nobs to turn this down! I reckon you should develop Daves (creator of the site) character a bit :-)

Hang on, this is actually getting made? GOOD IDEA, SHANE!I was 2 in 1986 and remember the decade quite clearly. Honest.

This sounds like a fantastic idea! I'd love to see more about the characters from TIE. Would the whole skinhead theme still be prevalent? And will there be any closure with the whole 'incident' at the end of TIE?

I'd imagine so. Maybe Woody could feature if Emmerdale aren't paying him enough/kill him off/make him shag another cousin.
Or whatever.

Woody's gotta be in it.

There would defo be closure on some of the incidents from the film. Milky Dead or Alive? Combo to return?? Shaun and Smell's love affair??? And many more....

This has crossovers with a treatment I have written on casuals in the midlands. Same year aswell. Look forward to it but bare in mind that if you were a skin by 86 you were likely to get battered by poofy looking lads in lime green Benneton jumpers

1986 is a pivotal year in my 'yet to be finished' spy thriller.
I'd give anything to be involved in this. Even if it's just to get away from the stupid bint across the street who seems to think I can fix PCs. I can't fix a blue screen, you idiot. Not without discs. Discs you don't have because you borrowed the PC from somebody expecting that it would never break.
Dim.
