Hi All
A new member pleased to be able to contribute to Shanes blogs etc.
SONY judge?
I wanted to ask if Shane new he was being promoted as a Judge for a Sony Make a Movie Competion to make a pre feature trailer that has been cancelled just before the final???
Its left quite a few filmmakers reeling and really pissed off as just at the final judging and after months and months of promises SONY have sent v brief emails out to all the finalists saying thanks guys but the comp is cancelled as Sony have pulled out of the Sony magazine!
The judges were Shane, Mark Herbert and various Sony people.
Shane maybe unaware of all this. I suspect he doesnt even know his name has been used by sony magazine in this way..
The trailers took a hellava lot of work to produce, shoot, post with actors etc etc...

Shane,
do you know about the cancelled Sony magazine Make a movie competition? You are promoted as one of the judges and Sony have literally pulled the rug just before finalist were to be judged after months and months of waiting all having worked hard to make a trailers for the comp.

WORRIED....
I am worried that Britney will stay in the UK and marry on of our film directors. We ave already got stuck with Madonna. Thank God Shane is already taken....
